The $45.00 Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse Player Membership is non-refundable. If you have questions, please contact Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse directly.

If a player withdraws from the Milford Youth Lacrosse program a $50 processing fee will be assessed to all drops. After the second week of practice 75% of the registration fee will be returned. Anyone who drops after the 2nd week of practice before the 1st game, will receive 50% refund. No refunds thereafter. All refund requests must be made in writing (e-mail is acceptable) and delivered to your child’s coach and cc to registrar@milfordmayouthlacrosse.com.
